First of all, when I first watched the trailer of the movie I liked it and I had high expectations about it. Eventually, it was as good as I had imagined and I enjoyed it. The plot of the movie was interesting, but not innovative because there are many slasher movies similar to this one. The storyline was kinda well-written and well-explained, even though it was very simple and easy to understand. The characters weren't interesting, nor well-developed and most of them were annoying. The casting was nice and their performances were descent. The killcount of the movie was very bloody and brutal, even though most death scenes were done off-screen. Also, it was an intense movie and there were some action-filled moments. Moreover, the cinematography and the editing of the movie were both just fine. The ending scene was kinda predictable, but it wasn't suspenseful and there weren't any insane chase scenes. In my opinion, it wasn't a scary movie and most jumpscares were definitely predictable. By the way, the killer's costume was nice and his mask was kinda creepy. Overall, "Killer Movie" was an enjoyable slasher film, bloody, kinda funny and I would probably recommend it to my friends. Last but not least, I'm looking forward for a higher budget sequel (even though, they will never make a second movie).
A Hollywood film crew descends upon the small town of White Plains, North Dakota. They are filming a 'reality' show around the high school hockey team but plans change with a series of mysterious deaths. Jake Tanner (Paul Wesley) has been tricked by his agent into directing the show. Blanca Champion (Kaley Cuoco) is the entitled Hollywood starlet.
Leighton Meester has a small big role as a local. This may have been filmed before Gossip Girl blew up or else, the filmmaker would have given her a bigger role. Kaley Cuoco tries to inject a bit of light humor but most of the comedy falls flat. I don't like the confessional inserts especially with the high school kids. Their acting is generally flat except for the head cheerleader and I don't much like her either for a different reason. The film crew isn't fleshed out. This needs some better writing. The filmmaking is mostly uninspired. It's a weak horror flick.

KILLER MOVIE is the funny, creepy, gory tale of documentary filmmaking gone horribly awry. We follow a crew as they work on a doc about a small town's high school hockey team.
We soon learn that a masked maniac is at large, and people start dying in awful ways. Said madman is an interesting fellow with his own take on "reality TV".
This movie contains gallons of blood and several dismemberments, yet manages to remain fun and engaging. The characters are all solid enough, with the standout being BIanca Champion (Kelly Cuoco), a total witch of an actress who gets a much-needed attitude tune-up by movie's end.
So, if you enjoy horror-comedies with extra sauce, then this should slake your thirst...

Make no mistake it's not exactly good but I've seen worse!! I went into this with zero expectations but overall not a waste of time like so many others.
Compared to 90 percent of the horror films released over the past little while this one stands a head and shoulders above the competition. There is a blend of comedy and horror which works well since the entire concept of horror has fallen by the wayside due to the vast number of similar films that have been made in the genre. Horror isn't frightening the way it used to be, so why not make fun of the genre? A mostly younger cast work well here, playing off the fact they are younger and pretty much regarded as mental light weights by the general public. They are really not that dumb when you get right down to it. Good Job...
