Really when judging this movie seriously, there is very little positive to say about it. The story is all over the place and is being filled with some highly unlikely events and characters. Really, if all schools and fraternities were like this, society would have crumbled down by now. And it's also obviously not being very realistic and actually a quite annoying thing how all of the girls are perfectly pretty ones and the guys all are well toned and can basically get every willing girl with a snap of their finger. But lets hope that nobody has the illusion that these sort of movies portray anything out of the real life and tries to be like any of the characters out of this movie.
You could say that this movie serves its purpose well enough for the right audience but of course that just doesn't make this a good movie as well. But nevertheless, for what it is, it's still being a quite amusing movie, you just shouldn't think too much about while watching it. The movie didn't annoy me as much as the previous American Pie presents movie did but it's still being a pretty bad and definitely simplistic movie.
These sort of movies probably feel more like an extended television series episode, with only some more nudity added to it than anything else really. Which makes you think; why haven't they attempted it yet to make a television series out of the American Pie franchise? It's probably cheaper to do so and you can potentially reach a wider audience with as well. The American Pie series have reach a level by now that the characters and stories feel way more appropriate for television than movie really.
Switch your brain off, get drunk or just turn yourself into a young male teenager again, in order to get a maximum amount of fun out of this movie.
5/10

Why? Because there's no real plot, no character development,no funny jokes.
The only thing that this movie has plenty of is nudity. Tons and tons of naked or almost naked chicks (pretty nice ones I might add) to feast your eyes on.
I really can't understand why this movie has the American Pie title since it's only a bad combination between an erotic movie and a comedy without succeeding in being either of them.
My suggestion is to watch this movie only if you want to see some naked chicks, but you're too shy to rent/buy an erotic movie.
Gave it 1/10 for the 2 smiles i had in the entire movie and another 2/10 for the nice chicks
American Pie Presents: Beta House was real funny and had lots, lots of nice chicks in it.
It's for the teenager eye to see! Then should not the teenager rate this movie?
Me, myself and I(Teenager i am)would say that the movie is "Eye-candy", and everybody who has seen all the other American Pie movies should see American Pie Presents: Beta House
Not the best acting, but it is OK.
Over And OUT
This is no holds barred, tasteless, laugh-out loud fun. Sure, the story is a bit thin, but that's the beauty of the whole thing. Within the first 10 minutes we're introduced to the all the main characters, the new supporting characters, get a handful of raunchy gags, meet the villains, and establish the general plot-line. With all that out of the way, the movie becomes a no-limits ride. The gags are a plenty, and they DID NOT hold back in this one. I'm talking male semen, urine, dildos, chicks-with-dicks, sex with sheep, female orgazim sprays, and plenty more. Not to mention the fact that not a minute goes by without boobs or a sex scene.
Returning from "The Naked Mile" are John White, Jake Siegel, Steve Talley, and Eugene Levy (in a similar supporting role as the last few films). The entire cast does fine work. Steve Talley (Dwight Stifler), in particular, has a great energy and screen presence. I predict good things for him. The film is also loaded with great movie references for those who keep their eyes open. By far the biggest laugh of the film for me was "The Deerhunter" parody. Classic.
The bottom line is, if you're a fan of the series, you'll feel right at home with "Beta House". It really pushes the limits of good taste, but in the end is pretty damn funny.
The midget Rock also had a really good cameo, considering the intense effort given by him in the naked mile, his scene with stifler was awesome and had me laughing my ass off when i saw it.
The movie was a definite improvement in my opinion compared to the naked mile, if you liked any previous American Pie films, you should like beta house, unless you view all of the American pie spin-offs a waste of money.

- TriviaProducers had to train the actors in the "pinch pop" method of unhooking bras for the fiction frat competition.
- GoofsThe first letter in GEEK house is the Roman letter 'G' when it should have been the Greek letter 'Gamma'. However, this letter looks nothing like 'G' and using it would confuse everybody but the geeks.
- Quotes
Mr. Stifler: Son?
Erik Stifler: Yeah?
Mr. Stifler: I want to show you something. This is the list of all the chicks I ever banged.
Mike 'Cooze' Coozeman: Are you serious? Is that two-sided? It is. Nice!
Mr. Stifler: Yeah, it's a good goal for you to try to keep up with your old man.
Erik Stifler: Hey Dad, why isn't Mom's name the last name on the list?
Mr. Stifler: There? Uh, we didn't tell you, but when you were three, we had a trial separation for a week.
Erik Stifler: Trial Separation?
Erik Stifler: Uh, Dad, there's like... Well, there's ten names here for that week alone.
Mr. Stifler: Yeah, I went on kind of a poontang bender there.
Mike 'Cooze' Coozeman: Is that my Mom's name?
Mr. Stifler: Yeah, you know, on second thought I'll just kind of hang onto that.
Erik Stifler: [whispering] You had sex with his Mom?
Mr. Stifler: Yeah.
Erik Stifler: [whispering] How was it?
Mr. Stifler: Yuck.
- Crazy creditsThere is a post-credits scene where Edgar is shown at The Silver Dollar Room, asking a stripper to wear the sheep costume's headpiece during her next dance.
- Alternate versionsSome scenes were re-shot for the R-rated version which differ signifigantly from the unrated version:
- in the co-ed shower scene the nude co-ed is only shown topless.
- when the R.A. (resident assistant) flashes the pledges only her bare belly is shown.
- in the Teaser photo shoot the topless models are now wearing bikinis.
- in the stripper brawl some of the topless strippers are now wearing bikinis.
