A mysterious assemblage of men use led by a man in red use a tarot deck to determine what punishment to mete out to those they've already determined to be guilty.
Nicely shot, but indeed very mysterious. Who are the men? The masked me? The man in red? How do they know the people they punish? Who is the one dealing the cards?
This is an extra on the DVD for the same director's feature film Psychopathia Sexualis. Included also is his short "Rapture." They appear to be shot on digital, while being better examples of the shot-on-video format.
