The show opens with Eric Bischoff reversing the results of Tag Team Championship match from last night, stripping the Steiner Brothers of the belts and returning them to the Outsiders, and firing referee Randy Anderson who gave the Steiners the belts. The Steiner Brothers face the Faces of Fear. The Giant makes short work of Road Block. Eddie Guerrero takes on Jeff Jarrett. The Ultimo Dragon faces Billy Pearl.
