Don’t Let’s Go to the Dogs Tonight Review — An Honest and Powerful Coming-of-Age Story
Image
Embeth Davidtz, the director of Don’t Let’s Go to the Dogs Tonight, is one of the most underrated actors of her generation, and now she emerges as a promising filmmaker. Davidtz appeared in everything from Schindler’s List to The Amazing Spider-Man, and a standout turn in Junebug—a much more challenging role, though it was overshadowed by Amy Adams’s performance, which was like lightning in a bottle.

Don’t Let’s Go to the Dogs Tonight is a complex and thoughtful exploration of the tensions surrounding identity—and, perhaps most importantly, what it means to be human. This is especially true in how the film examines the way some shape the next generation’s view of the world through prejudice and bias, revealing how such influences remain timeless.

The Marvel And Star Wars Actor Who Almost Became Spider-Man
Image
No comic book character as prominent as Spider-Man has had as many major actors walk through the role in the 21st century. Well, okay, technically Batman has had ... five? But mostly in cameos, and, you know what? That's beside the point. Three stars, each with multiple movies under their belts in just a couple decades, is a pretty rare thing to see. Of course, with so many re-castings, there were also plenty of actors who nearly played the wall-crawler but didn't.

Heath Ledger, for example, was considered early on for Sam Raimi's take on the character. Then, years later, actors like Timothée Chalamet and Asa Butterfield were up for the part in the Marvel Cinematic Universe before Tom Holland ultimately snagged it. And when "The Amazing Spider-Man" was in early development, both Josh Hutcherson and Alden Ehrenreich were in the running before Andrew Garfield landed the role of Peter Parker.

This Spider-Man Co-Star Missed Out On Two Other Marvel Roles First
Image
Those pursuing acting careers in Hollywood seek out as many auditions as they can. The roles and projects they find themselves reading for vary in scale, whether it be a bit part on a network sitcom or a character in a major film franchise, along with everything in between. As far as massive franchises go, getting cast in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is already a major milestone, but to also be in the standalone films featuring the most famous Marvel superhero of them all, Spider-Man, is somehow on another level.

By the time "Spider-Man: Homecoming" swung into theaters, Tom Holland had already made his big-screen debut as the McU's Peter Parker in "Captain America: Civil War." Holland's first standalone outing as the webhead was a coming-of-age film that evoked the vibes of John Hughes' seminal classics, such as "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" (which was directly referenced and featured in...

“They Wanted Me to Retire” – Johnny Depp Opens Up About His Exit From ‘Fantastic Beasts’ and His Painful Comeback
Image
Johnny Depp is back behind the camera, but this time it’s not for another blockbuster or franchise film. He’s directing a movie again for the first time in two decades, and it means more to him than ever.

The film is Modìgliani: Three Days on the Wing of Madness, based on the life of Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani. Set in Paris in 1916, the story follows three days in the artist’s wild and troubled life. Depp isn’t just directing, he’s fighting to reclaim a career that, for a while, seemed completely out of reach.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, Depp finally opened up about being pushed out of Hollywood, especially when he was asked to step down from Fantastic Beasts, part of the Harry Potter spin-off series. After losing a libel case in 2020 related to abuse allegations made by his ex-wife Amber Heard, Depp...

Johnny Depp reflects on being dropped from the Fantastic Beasts franchise
Johnny Depp at an event for Waiting for the Barbarians (2019)
Johnny Depp played Gellert Grindelwald in the Fantastic Beasts franchise, or at least he did, until Warner Bros. asked him to step down from the role due to his very public legal battle with ex-wife Amber Heard. Now, the actor has reflected on being booted from the franchise.

“Listen, they’ve said all kinds of things out there in the world about me, and it doesn’t bother me. I’m not running for office,” Depp told the Telegraph. “It literally stopped in a millisecond, like, while I was doing the movie. They said we’d like you to resign. But what was really in my head was they wanted me to retire.“

When asked how he responded to that “request” at the moment, Depp said, “F*** you. There’s far too many of me to kill. If you think you can hurt me more than I’ve already been hurt you’re gravely mistaken.

Derek A.E. Fuhrman Dies: Award-Winning Songwriter & Producer Was 44
Image
Derek A.E. Fuhrman, a songwriter who co-penned American Idol winner Philip Phillips’ hit “Gone, Gone, Gone” and worked with acts including O.A.R., Goo Goo Dolls, Five for Fighting and Kygo, has died. He was 44.

A family rep told Deadline that Fuhrman died June 27 of oral cancer in Nashville.

Fuhrman started in the music business while attending the University of Delaware, where he fronted a band called Omnisoul, later renamed The Crash Motive. The group enjoyed regional success and ultimately signed with Sony BMG, recording an album and doing national tours. Some of the band’s music was used in films, TV and video games.

Transitioning to a solo career in Los Angeles and later Nashville, Fuhrmann penned a string of award-winning songs, most notably co-authoring “Gone, Gone, Gone” with Season 11 American Idol winner Phillips, which went double-platinum and topped Billboard’s Adult Alternative and Adult Contemporary charts...

Only One Spider-Man Adaptation Has Gotten Mary Jane Watson Right
Image
We may receive a commission on purchases made from links.

Spider-Man is the most famous "nerd" superhero, so it's extra funny that Peter Parker has also had so many girlfriends. But there's one woman who always comes back: Mary Jane Watson. Mj's been part of Spider-Man's world since her first on-panel appearance in "The Amazing Spider-Man" #42, by Stan Lee and John Romita Sr. It took a while for her and Peter to truly get together, but Mj's the girl Peter Parker eventually married, no matter what Marvel Comics editorial has been saying since the controversial arc "One More Day."

Mary Jane is so famous as the Spider-Man love interest that a lot of adaptations skip right to her, like the 1994 "Spider-Man" cartoon produced by John Semper, Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley's "Ultimate Spider-Man" comic reboot, and the Sam Raimi "Spider-Man" films, for instance. But to use...

Tom Holland & Zendaya Got Same Dating Warning As Emma Stone & Andrew Garfield, But Ignored It Like Prospective Spidey Couples Always Do

Why Spider-Man Stars Keep Falling for Each Other Despite Studio Warnings (Photo Credit – Instagram)

On-screen sparks turning into off-screen heat? Hollywood’s seen it all. But when it comes to Spider-Man flicks, the chemistry seems to jump straight out of the script and into real life. Tom Holland and Zendaya lit up the screen in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but fans didn’t just fall for their characters. The actors themselves soon became a top-tier Hollywood couple. But long before, a high-up exec in the Spider-Man universe reportedly told them to keep things strictly professional.

The thing is, this wasn’t the first time such advice was handed out. Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield got the same memo. And just like Holland and Zendaya, they ignored it. So why do Spider-Man stars keep falling for each other even when told not to? What’s with this web of romance swinging through every reboot?...

After 55 Long Years, Marvel Resurrects a Spider-Man Character Fans Thought Was Gone Forever
Image
In a shock change to Spider-Man lore, Marvel has brought back a character who died back in 1970 - one who fans never expected to see again. Most of the time in superhero comics, no significant death lasts long before the character is resurrected. However, this passing became so key to Peter Parker's backstory that fans thought it would never be reversed.

Fans will be waiting for Peter Parker to encounter the character, given his lasting guilt over their death.

In today's Spider-Gwen: The Ghost Spider #15, Gwen ends the saga of having a reality-altering Cosmic Cube inside her. Gwen does her best to set reality right after her experiences with King Loki, having the villain locked up by the Tva and altering Earth-616 to give herself a permanent place in mainstream Marvel reality (including an awesome new black costume.)

The permanent changes to reality give Gwen a new status quo, removing...

Spider-Man’s Future Foundation Suit in Marvel Rivals Has a Comic Backstory You Probably Missed
Image
Marvel Rivals is giving our favorite friendly neighborhood Spider-Man his Future Foundation suit from the comics. We recently saw the Fantastic Four get their own versions of the suits, and now, NetEase Games has decided to give us Spidey’s. Before you ask, it looks sick.

The Future Foundation skin for Spider-Man will come out on July 3, 2025, and complete the thematic set that began rolling out in late May. The new skin might look like it’s just a recolour of the character’s usual outfit, but it’s so much more than that. The question that most players are asking now is: What is the Future Foundation, anyway?

What is the story behind Spider-Man’s Future Foundation skin?

NetEase has spent the past month rolling out Future Foundation skins for Marvel Rivals characters, starting with Mr. Fantastic on May 30, followed by Invisible Woman and The Thing on June 13, and...

"It's a Rip Off": 1 of Spider-Man's Most Iconic Looks Was Plagiarized by Marvel Says Creator
Image
Marvel Comics has unfortunately found itself in the midst of another controversy with a former creator, as artist José Villarrubia has accused the publisher of “ripp[ing] off” a classic Spider-Manimage that he contributed to, in a way that he claims surpasses a reference and ventures into straight up “plagiarism” territory.

As reported by Popverse, Villarrubia’s complaint stems from a nearly-identical Spider-Man cover produced by another artist, Tyler Kirkham, which was intended as an “homage” to the earlier piece.

Though Kirkham’s version credits the original artists, John Romita Sr. and Jr., it does not cite Villarubia’s contribution, and according to Villarubia, the problem runs deeper than that.

Artist José Villarrubia Says A 2023 "Amazing Spider-Man" Cover Is A "Rip-Off" Of A 1998 Original Villarubia Accuses Marvel Of Taking "Homage" Too Far

In 1998, John Romita Sr. and his son worked together to produce a variant cover for Peter Parker: Spider-Man #1, which...

Spider-Man Cover Draws Debate Between Homages and Plagiarism
Image
The award-winning colorist and designer, José Villarrubia, has started an online debate over the difference between comic book homages and plagiarism after he posted on social media about an Amazing Spider-Man comic book variant cover by Tyler Kirkham that he felt went beyond homaging the original cover by John Romita Jr. (colored by Villarrubia), after Villarrubia saw an advertisement online for an upcoming book about Kirkham's Marvel art that used the variant cover to advertise for the book.

Homages, of course, have always existed, but they have become a major part of the comic book industry in more recent years, as the number of variant covers for every issue of any given comic book has exploded, with certain publishers routinely publishing at Least four variant covers for any given comic book, so naturally, with an increased need for cover art ideas, homages have become very popular, with Marvel even...

Spider-man: No Way Home Director Jon Watts Reveals Version Of The Movie He "Absolutely Refused" To Make
Image
2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home brought fans a team-up they never expected to see on the big screen, with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield returning as their takes on the iconic web-slinging hero from Sam Raimi's trilogy and The Amazing Spider-Man movies, respectively.

Though both actors were deliberately kept out of all marketing in the build-up to the film's release, their involvement was one of the McU's worst-kept secrets. Maguire and Garfield ended up having fairly substantial roles in No Way Home once they showed up, but this may not have been the case if a certain unnamed individual had their way.

While speaking to Collider, director Jon Watts revealed that an idea that was pitched from "one unspoken person" was to have Garfield and Maguire's Spideys swing by for what would have been little more than cameo appearances during the final battle.

"I remember there was one unspoken person who was like,...

Nearly 15 years after its critically acclaimed debut, the controversial film chronicling the birth and evolution of Facebook clicks up a long-awaited sequel. The Social Network Part II is on its way at Sony Pictures, though it won't see David Fincher return to the director's chair.

According to Deadline, The Social Network sequel is in development at Sony, with the original movie's screenwriter, Aaron Sorkin, directing the feature-length project, in addition to penning its script. Along with the film featuring a new director, Part II also boasts a different premise from the original. George R.R. Martin didn’t find his muse in castles or crowns, but he found it in capes. Long before Westeros, his imagination was hooked on Gotham’s shadows and Metropolis’ skyline. As a kid surrounded by docks and warehouses, the veteran writer was glued to comics where justice flew and brooded.

Batman and Superman flipped a creative switch in him. That early jolt of storytelling thrill stayed with him, eventually morphing into brutal betrayals, direwolves, and icy thrones. But it all started with a punch, a cape, and two larger-than-life heroes. Here’s the full story.

Marvel Comics Announces A New Cosmic Era For Amazing Spider-man Starting With #975 (With A Unique Twist)
Image
Since launching earlier this year, Joe Kelly, Pepe Larraz, and John Romita Jr.'s new Amazing Spider-Man run has been embraced by fans (a welcome change after Zeb Wells' divisive stint writing the series).

It's still the early stages of what's shaping up to be one of the most acclaimed Spidey runs in recent memory, and a major turning point is on the horizon that will take the title in a direction no one saw coming.

This September, there are two Spider-Men: one on Earth, and one in space. What promises to be an exciting and intriguing new era kicks off in Amazing Spider-Man #11, the landmark 975th issue. Here's the official description:

Following Spider-Man’s shocking showdown with new supervillain Hellgate in Amazing Spider-Man #8, something strange has happened to Peter! Now, there are two Spider-Men, but which is Peter Parker?! Both?

Jon Bernthal’s Punisher Will Be In Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Image
Spoiler Warning: This article contains spoilers for Daredevil: Born Again.

Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does whatever a spider can... which, apparently, includes meeting Frank Castle. Yes, following the triumphant return of Jon Bernthal's army vet-turned-vigilante anti-hero Punisher in Daredevil: Born Again earlier this year (and word not too long ago of a forthcoming Punisher Marvel Studios special presentation), Deadline has confirmed that Francis G. Castle will make his MCU big-screen debut in Destin Daniel Cretton's Spider-Man: Brand New Day — which is set to start shooting any (brand new) day now.

Having successfully broken free of a Wilson Fisk mandated cell during Daredevil: Born Again's dramatic mid-credits scene, Bernthal's anti-hero is set to appear alongside Tom Holland's wall crawler for the first time in Cretton's upcoming fourth Sony/Marvel Spidey movie. He joins an increasingly eye-catching cast that also includes Stranger Things breakout Sadie Sink, The Bear's Liza Colón-Zayas,...

Marvel will introduce a new Spider-Man (but the original will pay the price)
Image
We all know Peter Parker — the genius yet lazy scientist who tends to arrive late everywhere because he is too busy saving the world. There's no denying that Spider-Man is one of the most popular characters ever created, so much so that we've seen many different versions of the hero take over the spotlight throughout the years. Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, Miguel O'Hara, and alternate-reality versions of Peter have all suited up to make the multiverse a better place. However, if you ever thought that we needed more versions of the wall-crawler, then we have good news as one more is about to join the roster.

The mainline The Amazing Spider-Man comic book saga recently began a new chapter that saw Peter leave the magical shenanigans aside and go back to basics as a friendly neighborhood hero. However, it seems this period of "normality" will be short-lived, as Peter...

Jon Bernthal's Punisher Is Joining Spider-Man: Brand New Day, And That's Perfect For Peter Parker
Image
Although much of the attention for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is on "The Fantastic Four: First Steps" hitting theaters on July 25, 2025, as well as "Avengers: Doomsday" currently in production, we just got perhaps the most intriguing update regarding "Spider-Man: Brand New Day." The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Emmy-winner Jon Bernthal is set to make his big screen debut as Frank Castle/The Punisher in the upcoming film, set to be helmed by "Shang-Chi" director Destin Daniel Cretton.

That's right. Jon Bernthal's Punisher will finally be making his first appearance in an MCU film, and most fittingly, it will be in a "Spider-Man" movie. While fans continue to speculate about whether or not "Brand New Day" will be the right story for Tom Holland's Peter Parker following the tectonic shift in his life after the events of "No Way Home," the addition of Frank Castle...

'Daredevil: Born Again' Star Cast in 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' (And It's Not Who You Think)
Image
Jon Bernthal is officially back in the Marvel big leagues — and this time, he’s bringing his war to the world of Spider-Man. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting today that Bernthal has joined Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the latest Marvel and Sony collaboration starring Tom Holland and directed by Shang-Chi filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton. The film is set to begin shooting in England this summer and will hit theatres on July 31, 2026.

Bernthal reprises his fan-favorite role as Frank Castle, aka The Punisherfrom Daredevil, marking the character’s first appearance in a Spider-Man movie. And while most plot details are still locked away tighter than a Stark Industries vault, the inclusion of Castle suggests a much grittier flavor than usual for Holland’s friendly neighborhood hero. We may finally be getting our street-level Spidey movie, and this is brilliant news. In a fun twist, the Punisher actually started out as a Spider-Man character,...

Legendary Spider-Man Creator Returning After Nearly 20-Year Absence
Image
One of the most acclaimed writers in Amazing Spider-Man history was J. Michael Straczynski, the popular film and TV writer, who wrote the series from 2001 through the end of "One More Day" in 2007. Now, almost twenty years after he left the wallcrawler, Straczynski is returning to Spider-Man for a new miniseries.

Following his initial return to Spidey in July's Spider-Man and the Sinister Sixteen one-shot in July (which is part of Straczynski's series of offbeat one-shots featuring unlikely pairings within the Marvel Universe), Straczynski will return to the pages of Amazing Spider-Man for the five-issue miniseries, Amazing Spider-Man: Torn, launching in October with art by Pere Pérez, along with a first issue cover by superstar artist Adam Hughes. The series will be set in the past in a very specific point in Spider-Man history.

Johnny Depp's 78% Fresh Drama Is Losing Its Streaming Home Next Month
Image
A Johnny Depp movie that some of his fans might not even know exists is about to leave Hulu. Minamata will depart the streaming service in July.

Depp fans will have until July 7 to watch Minamata before the 2022 biopic about photojournalist W. Eugene Smith is removed from Hulu. Depp portrays Smith, often described as "perhaps the single most important American photographer in the development of the editorial photo essay," in Minamata, which chronicles his documenting of the effects of mercury poisoning on the citizens of Minamata, Kumamoto, Japan.

While the biopic was a box office disappointment, grossing less than $1 million worldwide off a $13 million budget, the movie was largely well-received by critics. On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, Minamata holds an approval rating of 78%, based on 80 reviews, with the audience score even higher, at 92%. Many critics praised Depp's portrayal of Smith, with The Austin Chronicle noting that it was...

The studio has also confirmed plans to release Nuremberg in theaters nationwide on November 7 later this year. Spider-Man Begins a Brand New, and Very Cosmic, Marvel Adventure
Image
Joe Kelly's current run on Amazing Spider-Man has just finished its first arc, which also marked the first Spider-Man storyline drawn by superstar artist, Pepe Larraz, best known for his work on the X-Men titles. The other ?main" artist on the series, John Romita Jr., is about to start his first arc on the book this week with a story featuring the Black Cat. Marvel, though, is already looking past that arc to show the fascinating new angle on the series where both Larraz and Romita will work Together, as Amazing Spider-Man will soon star Two Spider-Men!

In September's Amazing Spider-Man #11, Spider-Man will be split into two different versions of himself, echoing shades of the classic 1960s story, Superman-Red and Superman-Blue, and while one version of Spider-Man will be lost in outer space, fighting to return home, the other one will continue to have Earthbound adventures.

Marvel reportedly cast major actor to 'replace' Spider-Man star
Image
It goes without saying that Spider-Man: Brand New Day is one of the most heavily-anticipated movies of 2026. For starters, it's the last Marvel Cinematic Universe film ahead of Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars - which will both bring about the end of the Multiverse Saga. Although Spidey isn't officially attached to the first of those movies, rumor has it that he might cameo. He's definitely expected to appear in the second.

Spider-Man 4 is also expected to continue on the webslinger's arc in the MCU, giving audiences some much-needed clarity after Spider-Man: No Way Home - the third film in Jon Watts' Spider-Man: Homecoming trilogy - left Peter Parker's story in a very unique place, with every single person in the MCU forgetting that he existed.

As we look ahead to Spider-Man 4, one major casting changed the game for the upcoming movie. And now, a new report claims...

Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man (2002)
Big Spider-Man team-up project officially cancelled at Marvel
Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man (2002)
It isn't a secret that Spider-Man is one of the most popular characters ever created across all media. Thanks to that, any project starring the friendly neighborhood hero usually enjoys some level of success, even if it isn't completely praised by fans (just take a look at the previous era of The Amazing Spider-Man comic book series). However, excitement is especially at a whole other level whenever the big Spider-Men team-ups come our way. Spider-Man: No Way Home broke records for a movie being released during the pandemic era, while Spider-Geddon was Marvel's top-selling comic back in November 2018. Love them or hate them, these "crossovers" always make waves.

But across all the Spider-Men in the multiverse, the two most popular iterations are Peter Parker and Miles Morales. The two wall-crawlers recently stole the spotlight in Marvel's Spider-Man 2 for PlayStation 5 to great levels of success, and have even crossed paths...

The Most Controversial Superhero Trope in History Just Earned a Big Honor, Proving It Isn't Going Anywhere Anytime Soon
Image
Fridging, sometimes referred to as the “women in refrigerators” trope, is a controversial plot device that has become synonymous with superhero stories, and has appeared across DC Comics, Marvel, and other major IPs. And now it has officially earned a place in the Merriam-Webster dictionary. So, what exactly is 'fridging,' and why is it so controversial?

Merriam-Webster now officially defines the verb fridge as “the act of killing or harming a character to motivate another.”Historically, this term has been used to describe female characters who often serve as collateral in male superhero stories, existing solely to motivate the male lead.

Thank You!https://t.co/U19vTSQde6— Merriam-Webster (@MerriamWebster) June 9, 2025

This is why the trope is commonly referred to as “women in refrigerators,” since it is much rarer for male characters to be created solely to be killed off in order to motivate a female character. Beyond the intricacies of the term,...

Spider-Man 2's Train Scene Gets High Realism Score From Expert In A Big Win For Tobey Maguire's Organic Webshooters
Image
Despite the initial controversy surrounding them, Tobey Maguire's organic web-shooters have just been vindicated with a high realism score from an expert addressing Spider-Man 2's iconic train scene in the early Marvel movie. Superhero movies are notoriously replete with pseudoscience to explain away the mind-bending feats that superheroes are capable of. Spider-Man is, of course, no exception - as the web-slinger typically creates a mysterious web fluid which he fires from web shooters to emulate the webbing abilities of a real spider in most interpretations.

Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy then flipped the script on the comics-accurate origins of Spider-Man's webbing by introducing an organic version in line with his spider-based power set. This interpretation of Spider-Man's powers certainly leans more into the fantastical side of Spider-Man's origins, pairing it with his super-strength and wall-crawling to emulate a spider's abilities better. Now, it has additionally been approved by an...

Sorry Chris Evans, but I’m Not Believing Your Avengers: Doomsday Comment After Andrew Garfield in ‘No Way Home’
Image
Ahead of No Way Home‘s release, Andrew Garfield vehemently denied any association with the threequel, and as the story goes, it turned out to be a bunch of hooey. This move from Garfield also ensured that fans remained on their toes and ultimately contributed to its immense box-office glory despite the Covid roadblock at the time.

A similar situation now might unfold with Doomsday, as Chris Evans’ recent remarks regarding the Doomsday situation certainly seem to be treading on Garfield’s tried and tested move.

Sadie Sink Now Rumored To Be Playing A Gwen Stacy Variant In Spider-man: Brand New Day
Image
We know that Sadie Sink will have a major role in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, but the character she'll be playing remains a mystery, which always tends to lead to a lot of speculation and more than a few rumors.

All we really have to go on is a leaked casting call, which describes her character as: "A sharp and free-spirited woman who is strong-willed, intelligent, and not easily intimidated, and will also have a mysterious past."

Doesn't exactly narrow things down!

When the news first broke that the Stranger Things star had joined the project, the trade report mentioned that she could be playing either a new take in Mary Jane Watson or X-Men's Jean Grey (this seems to have been little more than speculation based on a previous rumor). Since then, we've heard that Sink might have been cast as Felicia Hardy/Black Cat or possibly even Mayday Parker,...

‘Lilo & Stitch’ Swings Past Andrew Garfield’s Big-Budget Superhero Debut at Box Office in Less Than Two Weeks

Lilo & Stitch recently wrapped up its second weekend in theaters, and the film is collecting trophies at the box office after passing another handful of iconic movies. After earning another $63 million at the domestic box office this weekend, Lilo & Stitch now sits at a domestic total of $280 million. When paired with its $330 million haul from international markets, this is enough to help the film reach the $610 million mark globally. This domestic total is enough to push Lilo & Stitch past The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), the superhero film starring Andrew Garfield that cost $230 million to make. Lilo & Stitch is now inside the top 130 highest-grossing films ever domestically, and it will look to pass Twilight, Hunger Games, and Dune sequels in the coming days.
