    • Trivia
According to Dave Perry, the Tetsujin was actually supposed to battle 100 British Virtua Fighter players and win. The only problem was the production crew at Hewland could only find 30 children who were visiting from Dominik Diamond's mother's drama school, where one half didn't play video-games, while the other half who did had certainly not played Virtua Fighter 3. Everything was filmed so it looked like the Tetsujin was demolishing 100 players, but really there was only about 30. At one point, Diamond asked Perry sarcastically if he fancied taking the Tetsujin on. Not pleased with seeing him beat those poor children, Peery said he would happily have a go at the Tetsujin. But, the production crew did not let Dave near the machine, and cut that small conversation out of the episode.
