Cris Collinsworth is so irritating with his voice and his comments about the Bengals. He is no expert and half of what he says no one cares to listen to. I know there are other announcers out there that would be much better than he is. I've been reading a lot of comments about him and lots and lots of people are sick of him. I don't know what you do to get him off of this Sunday night football. I love watching football, and I love the Cincinnati Bengals, but I almost don't want to watch, and actually on many occasions have turned off the volume because I can't stand hearing his irritating voice. Hopefully someone is paying attention to the comments that we see here and he needs to go.
Really upset that NBC showed other half time shows but not the packers half time show. My daughter stayed up extra late for the thanksgiving show and it was not shown. Really upset with that . If you advertise it you should show it. Next time if you advertise it you need to show all half time shows for all football games. Even of you post on Facebook where most people look about game time and half tome shows. Shame on NBC or whoever posts or media for kot posting correctly. Next time I will make sure that TV is off of not showing half ti.e shows or games. We watch games to cheer on our team and if my kid likes the half tine show we would like to see them you cans show shobozy bit you can't show someone with re talent with the violin.
Finally after an 8 year vacation NFL football is back on NBC, and this time the peacock has struck gold! NBC this season airs the Sunday night games, the games are always the best many featuring division rivals, and teams with good records heading towards the playoffs. And the concept of the second half schedule being in flex is the greatest idea that a network could have came up with! No longer do you have to worry about late season games with teams with bad records that have no playoff shot, as NBC was given league permission to take in their opinion the best game away from one of the other two networks and air it on Sunday night. So no longer do you have to worry about seeing a bad game, plus the games are always meaningful and good. Before the game airs each week you have football night in America the studio show with the latest news and highlights of the games played that afternoon. The Studio show is great with veterans as host Bob Costas is never at a loss for words and Chris Collinsworth provides his best take on the league as always he knows his stuff, and Bettis and Sharpe seem OK as newcomers. Another great move by NBC was the broadcast team that they have chosen to call the games the best in the business as Al Michaels and John Madden at the mike enough said. Michaels and Madden have out worked everyone and their knowledge of the game can't be matched. As for the sideline reporting it is good with the informative and elegant Andrea Kremer who was an ex ESPN reporter, the broadcasters working together are just great and they make Sunday nights enjoyable. NBC has the best football games going today it now puts Monday Night Football to shame, so don't miss Sunday nights.
We are forced to hear Cris Collinsworth yet another year. Every game he's going to mention T. Brady who's not even playing or Aaron Rodgers no matter what teams are playing. Both cheating QB's in my opinion who were coached by cheating coaches, in my opinion. It's very annoying how he coaches every play and rants on and on as if he could have ran the play better. But I do believe Tony Romo is 10X worse than Collinsworth when it comes to commentating on football games. The 3rd worse in my opinion is Troy Aikman. These guys sideline coach as if they were the greatest players when they played. I find myself switching the channel after I've had my fill of the annoying commentators and watch Gameday highlights on another channel. As stated a few times, this is just my opinion and at times I exercise my option to change the channel.
I love NFL Football, but it is hard to enjoy the broadcasts, listening to the endless butt-munch Chris Collinsworth. Every penalty, every suspension, every thing Roger Goodell does has to be praised by Collinsworth. It sounds like a religious show sometimes when Collinsworth goes on a roll of pointing out how everything that the NFL does is good. He even praises the most bogus pass-interference calls by the referees.
I pray every year that Collinsworth will retire or get replaced. It would be nice to hear somebody that sounded neutral. Not to mention that when the New England Patriots are playing, it is 99% praising Tom Brady, and 1% discussing the other team. Collinsworth is the worst brown-noser that has ever been a broadcaster on any major sports program. Please retire Chris.
