Auntie makes a deal with the four tenants staying at her lavish mansion: if they can transform her niece, Sunako into a lady, their rent will be free. But if they fail, their rent will triple.

Sunako and the others are invited to an island that has a history of pirates burying treasure there. Kyohei sets off to find treasure, but Sunako ends up finding more than she bargains for.

Mori High holds a sports festival, and strangely enough Sunako and Kyohei are willingly participating.

On Valentine's Day, the four boys are bombarded with cards, gifts, and boxes of chocolates from a crowd of female students, and the boys do all they can to escape the madness of the lovestruck girls.

Kyohei becomes upset when he finds out that Sunako's anatomical mannequin, Hiroshi, is more important to her than he is.

Sunako's father comes to visit his daughter after he hears a rumor that Kyohei is her lover.

Kyohei is kidnapped by a bunch of crazy shopkeepers and Sunako along with him.

Kyohei returns to his family home unwillingly to get Sunako back.

Kyohei chooses to runaway because Sunako does not want to be around him. However, it is revealed that Sunako seems more depressed than usual.

Auntie comes and wreaks havoc, but luckily Sunako calms her down and teaches her how to be a good housewife.
