    Lesser Sequel

Spacemen, Go-go Girls and the Great Easter Hunt (2006)

    ** (out of 4)

Sequel to SPACEMEN, GO-GO GIRLS AND THE TRUE MEANING OF Christmas has the two aliens and four Go-Go dancers from the first film having to battle an evil alien who just happens to look like the Easter Bunny.

This sequel has a few charming moments but for the most part it's just a boring rehash of the first film. The first film was obviously just trying to pay homage to low-budget science fiction movies and it had a charming way of doing it, which led to it be rather entertaining for what it was.

The same can't be said for this sequel. As I said, there are a couple funny moments including the first Easter Bunny attack but for the most part all of the charm is gone and there just weren't as many laughs. If you enjoyed the first film this is still worth watching but it's a slight disappointment.
