I just saw this short on you tube.com, It's your basic Tim and Eric project Tim looks a lot younger than he does in the TV series. It features David Cross("Mr. Show with Bob and David","Oliver Beene").IMDb messed up, in the short, Tom's last name is "Peters"(as it is in the show) not "Bradley". If you like "Tom Goes to the Mayor" then I feel that you'll enjoy 'Tom Goes to the Mayor Retuns' It has dry humor like the show. The animation's slightly different that in the TV show, It's brighter. The Thumb's up Monkey doesn't like it. He loves it!(last words spoken)
