The addition of Fredrik is a big mistake. His character subtracts from the fun banter existing among the original people.
For anyone who appreciates beautiful homes or is aspiring to become a real estate mogul, this show is for you. There might be a person or two that will get on your nerves but the ones you love will make up for it. The show only gets better after season 6. I definitely think everyone should give it a shot.
I love Josh Flagg. I'm only on season 7, but love the glimpse into the million dollar lifestyle. I wish Josh Altman would leave the show, he's terrible, I often fast forward when he's on. I'm glad Chad left,I wish Altman would, too.
What has happened to the show ?
Season 14 ...Jason Flagg is a disaster, depressed and not in a good way , doesn't want to be there. You are not cheering for him and care less about his feelings because of his portrayal.
Josh is cool but a side kick not the main draw card.
Tracy Tutor is a very very boring character. Not likable or watchable.
They missed the formulae here. The show is second about homes and first about characters. They need a few guns, stars people we want to watch. Big casting fail. Definitely the weakest of the million dollar list franchises.
The spark is missing although the directing is good, but really the material the characters have given them to work with is weak and frankly uninteresting. They are trying to make it edgy like other listing shows but at best its ...mehhhh.

A smartly produced show - the agents are people you wouldn't want to have anything to do with in real life - they are all far too self and money obsessed - but they are excellent television entertainment - smart, slick and disturbing at times too...
