sangat enjoyable

i'm not usually a big fan of Malay movies and have only watched a handful, but out of the handful that i've watched, Buli Balik is one of the nicest. the whole Sape Kalah Kena Current thing was genius. Adibah Noor rocks la.

sure, the dubbing's super bad (when is it not?) and the wigs are somewhat disturbing (why must they even wear wigs?), but i suppose that just added to the niceness and authenticity of the movie. the acting wasn't awful and the characters were very likable (even the original bully, hans isaac, was love-able)(it helps, i suppose, that he's also easy on the eyes).

all in all, good stuff! afdlin shauki rocks.

From the ending of the previous movie, Rudy can be seen getting out of the truck, then takes off his ski mask and runs away after hitting Roy's car. However, during the beginning of this movie, he is running with his ski mask on before taking it off and jumps off the bridge into the river to avoid getting caught by cops.
