This movie is one of the most interesting shorts I've seen in a long time. The director has not just directed it, but written it, shot it and edited it. Do we have a new Robbie Roderiguez on our hands? The film has a typical horror genre opening with a couple coming to a place where there hasn't been people for a while, so the leading character can do his job in silence. Goes without saying; there won't be a whole lot of silence going on...

The movie has some good turns, and makes me jump a couple of times. I guess the director has watched and learned a trick or two from colleagues like, Sam Raimi, Wes Craven, John Landis, Uwe Boll and Eli Roth.

The ending could, in my opinion, be a little more shocking or at least more clear.

What the film lacks in the ending, it makes up for it with great stylistic horror and suspense.

I recommend this movie from the bottom of my heart :)

A fan!

One of the best, if not THE best short / horror film to come out of Norway. Great directing, great acting, great film. The director(Eskeland) is one to watch for in the future, he will go a long way! I will also recommend his other short/horror films, The Chamber, Slakt and Slakt 2. Slakt 2 also shows Eskelands talent for comedy, as he not only direct this movie, but also stars in it. Both as an director and actor does his comedy talent come across very well. Don't get me wrong, Slakt 2 contains lots and lots of gore and blood for you horror and slasher fans out there.... I for one cant wait for Eskeland to make it to the big screen!!!!!

A well done horror thriller. Give this guy some more money so we can get into a chilling and terrifying atmosphere once more. The Cabin has a creepy feeling from the start and when the paranoia starts it becomes a nightmare of the worst kind. Eskeland that also have shot the film uses fast moving camera to make us fell uncomfortable and desolate into the dark and scary Forrest. The actors try their best and its shows when the ghost arrives the cabin. This guy is not coming for a cup of coffee thats for sure. I hope more people will see this film because its good and raw made on low budget and with an eye for the horror style film.
