    Playboy Con Man is dead

Update: Jonathan Kern, the British man who conned me and countless others over the course of his life died March 12, 2025 in Lunay, France. For over thirty years, I have tried to warn others and prevent them from also being conned. Sometimes I was successful, other times people found out too late. Knowing that Kern can no longer cause harm brings a sense of closure, allowing me to conclude this chapter of my life.

I am the woman Jonathan Kern conned in the fraud segment. The charges I bought against Kern in Milford, Connecticut are still current: criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery and second-degree larceny. Kern continues to con/scam others and is presenting living in Lunay, France. I have started a Facebook page, "Conned But Not Conquered" to share information on Kern and to hopefully prevent others from being conned by him. The segment itself is just as it happened to me. I met with the director of the segment prior to it being filmed and he accurately remembered everything I had told him. The scene where Kern calls me to tell me his wallet was stolen gives me goosebumps. That was just how it happened.
