A Sad Crying Clown in an Iron Lung

I revisited this show for the first time since I was a child. Wow! I didn't realise how nuts it actually is.

The second part of the episode - the story revolving around shopping sprees and credit card debt - is definitely the superior part of the episode.

Shows gross out factor with heifers bloody nose & selling his stomach To the bagpipe channel. Reminiscent of Ren & Stimpy.

The line about Rocko always wanting a framed picture of "a sad crying clown in an iron lung" was hilarious! I don't See how kids could appreciate this stuff.

Timing error: In "Who Gives a Buck?", when the dog bowl salesman holds up the "Conglomo Mall presents doggie style bowl ride" sign, the text is fully on camera for only five frames, making it difficult to read without pausing.
