This is one of my favorite episodes of the entire series. There's far less focus on the "math", instead focusing on the characters. In particular, this is one of the few episodes where Amita plays a central role. Navi Rawat does a fantastic job, and only makes it clear she should've been given more screen time across all 6 seasons.
I guess one could say this was a commercial for organ donation. The case is a group that bring people from other countries to harvest their organs. Of course, thee is little thought given to proper surgical techniques. A young woman is found in a basement. She is one of four potential victims, including her sister. The gang needs to find where these butchers are doing their business.

- TriviaDavid Krumholtz played a psychotic young man in an episode of ER in which he attacked people because he thought that someone wanted to take his internal organs. In this episode, Larry recounts a recurring dream of someone wanting to take his internal organs, and at the end, Charlie is reluctant to sign a donor card because he wants to "hang on to his internal organs." Lots of "internal organs" references.
- GoofsCharlie Eppes misspells his own name on his driver's license. His signature reads "Epps." Additionally, the character's full name would appear on his license (Charles Eppes, not Charlie)
- Crazy credits[This appears on the beginning of the episode] 90,582 waiting list $75,000 brokerage fee 8977 miles from home 2 sisters
