David Sinclair says the gun that shoots the fragmentation round is an auto assault 12 combat shotgun which he says has no recoil. The gun in the picture is the Atchisson AA-12 Automatic Combat Shotgun with the 8 round box magazine which has reduced recoil, as it is impossible to design a shotgun with no recoil.
