Monahan & Thunderbolt

Keenan Wynn guest stars as Master Sargent Monahan, who arrives in the valley in full military uniform and bugle with his trusty horse Thunderbolt, but is dismayed to learn that he had been swindled out of his promised farm back at his fort. Meanwhile, James "Grizzly" Adams(Dan Haggerty) is looking for his friend Robbie Cartman(John Bishop) and Daniel the Skunk, who may be lost in the mountains as a dangerous storm approaches. Adams must risk his life to save them, as Monahan hopes to still find a piece of land nearby to settle on, perhaps near the Cartmans... Entertaining episode with an amusing performance by Wynn as a comical yet sad character.
