Interesting take on Custer

If I recall, George Armstrong Custer actually did look into corruption in the Department of War, and this episode touched on that.

We open with the mayor wanting Legend to help make sure Custer comes to town for a series of ceremonies in his honor while he inspects a nearby fort. At the fort, Custer confronts a representative from the Department of War he's sure is cutting corners and pocketing the difference.

In the meantime, a mysterious stranger claims Legend (Pratt) once humiliated him, and promises to make Legend's life miserable before killing him.

Another tidbit has Legend old friends with the family of Custer's wife. Good episode with the normal qualities of humor from Richard Dean Anderson.
