A very naive episode. The house is full of weapons and Higgins goes to the basement for help through the radio station. the thief comes after him and admits that he just took one gun from the colection in house, which Higgins obviously did not have in mind and he is by the way chief of guarding the master's nest. Oh my God . I adore this series but simply what is too much is too much
Highly unlikely situation. The episode is very enjoyable with a surprising cast.
Higgins mock 'English' accent grates more than usually, and thankfully nobody with an American accent has been or (hopefully) ever will be, referred to as 'Your Highness'. And Barry Van Dyke's whining about his World Series ring is typical of the obsession with 'sports' - the opiate of the masses. Overall and as attempt at a mock Agatha Christie lock-in mystery this serving falls rather short. James Doohan, despite few lines, is still head and shoulders above the rest. It is also noticeable that Tom Selleck seems to deliver all his lines in a near falsetto which is rather embarrassing coming from such a big man.

- TriviaThis features one of the few occasions when James Doohan has his right hand (and its missing finger) visible on screen, when he is cutting himself some roast beef. He lost his middle finger to friendly fire on D-Day on Juno Beach at Normandy when he was shot four times in his right leg and once in his hand by an overzealous sentry with a Bren gun.
