A picture with a purpose

This well presented two reeler may be called a picture with a purpose, although its little sermon is preached in such a way that there can be no offense to those who prefer to take their sociological arguments from mediums other than the moving picture screen. Greater charity for those who have been denied the right environment and training is the plea. There is a love story well told. - The Moving Picture World, May 23, 1914
