Ron Prociuk as editor only appeared on the first pressing of the DVD (fewer than 1,000 copies). Subsequent pressings list the editor as "Ronald Walters", Prociuk's working name. Similarly
Karen Poetker is only credited as writer on the original pressing and her name is absent from later copies.
