NARC, when everybody was developing games regarding turtles, Mario's and other fantasy themes, this game has a great message JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS.
Since the start enemies will attack you in every direction and constantly, make several arrest to get extra lives, that you will need in the final levels, specially arrest as amany as you can in the bridge, you can shoot, arrest, throw missile or even drive your fancy cars and run over bad guys and dogs, highly recommended a must see But beware Mr. Big is all but impossible to defeat, have your missiles prepared.
If you can get a copy of this game buy it and play it

This on was my favorite, it was so gritty and dark. You got to bust junkies and drug dealers and pervert flashers and...you could arrest them or kill them. You could blow them up with a missile and watch their flaming body parts fly across the screen all with a strong anti-drug message.
It was violent. It was ultra violent. It was just amazing, the most violent and fun game that I had access to in the 80s... I got it when I was 8 and, to date, I have never killed anyone, never shot up heroin, never done a line of cocaine, never even aimed a gun at someone as a joke.
In other words, I was exposed to ultraviolent fun as an 8 year old and I came out fine. It only influenced my taste in games and nothing more..
But seriously, it was so much fun.
