"I bought this workout online and I must say it was pretty hard to try to keep up with all her moves. Though I like the fact that she had all her moves broke down into segments demonstrating them as she goes along. I would recommend her video to people who are interested in belly dancing and want to learn. She's very graceful with her movements and I love her other videos as well. I practice her belly dance workouts as soon as I get home from work, school, or whatever. I love the fact that dance workouts have ways of helping you sculpt your body, or helping you with your buns, thighs, etc. Body shaping for Abs was a pretty powerful workout to me and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get in shape."
