Ohhhh.....I wish I could live in Canada to see this new comedy show on a regular basis...unfortunately I only had the chance to see one single episode, but it was worth it! I had a very good laugh and was very impressed that Canadian Comedy could be that good, for I do not know much about Canadian TV (exept for some Scifi shows...). The actors all were very talented, it was a lot of fun to watch. The idea of Alice giving short "interviews" about her current situation was very good, I liked especially that a lot. Dan Payne, who plays Alice's father, made an outstanding performance, very funny, very...different.
I really hope to see more of this show. Hopefully it will air in Germany one day, I would *love* to see more of it. Very entertaining, very surprising!

I have only had the opportunity to watch one episode of the great new comedy, "Alice I Think" but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I watched the episode a second time immediately and laughed through the whole show both times. I sincerely hope that a US network or cable channel will choose to add the show to their lineup so that it will be shown in the United States. I think US audiences would enjoy it very much. I will be visiting Vancouver for several days in August and hope to see more episodes at that time. I thought all of the performers did a great job but I particularly enjoyed Dan Payne's performance as Alice's father, John.
This show is like a live action 'Family Guy'! The Dad character is hilarious! I hope there are more and I hope the US gets it so all my friends can understand what I keep telling them about the show! The best part is there is something for everyone. I thought it might be for teens more but the Dad guy and his friends are great for adults! Finally a quality Canadian program! I hope there is more to come! It started on the comedy network channel but now it is also on CTV Which I didn't know until my friend pointed it out! Check it out Sundays CTV @7pm Canada brings the comedy! The story lines are based on books by Susna Juby whose writings are internationally renowned. It is really cool to see characters come to life from books. I only read the books because my daughter read them and I heard her giggling and thought I better screen her literary choices. Glad I did! I am not sure where the show is going to go from here but I hope it keeps going. It, like Corner Gas, is helping strengthen the Canadian world of TV respect. If anyone knows more about Dan Payne (the Dad) and Connor Price (the son) please let me know? Just wondering if I have seen them before!

I found this programme to be absolutely hilarious! I was in hysterics from the word go! The cast seem to gel well together and Dan Payne was great as the dad, he certainly had some great lines that left me laughing! I have not read the books, but I may look into getting hold of them now. The show is told, in parts, from teenager Alice's point of view. However there is focus on both the parents and her brother too, giving those actors the chance to shine. I particularly enjoyed the fact that it wasn't just about Alice. The show has much potential and I would love to see it continue to grow. I would highly recommend this show to both adults and teens as it provides comedy for both levels.
Great show, my three kids are in the same age bracket as the children on this show and they love it. Entertaining characters, have only seen two episodes but am looking forward to seeing further development of the characters and how they feed off each other. All four of the main "family" characters are very colorful, favorites are Alice and her Dad as they seem to be the most well developed humorous characters. Looking forward to tonight's episode where the handsome Dad does some goofy modeling. Dan Payne does a great job of playing a sensitive yet somewhat bumbling father in this show, his comedic presence definitely brings a very funny warmth to the show.
