Starship Troopers

Worth getting for fans of the Starship Troopers movie (the first one of course) because the game does have the look and feel from voices to the mission objectives. Special effects, artwork, and sound are very cool, as are the many options for battle formations. Units can be selected according to special abilities, there are a lot of features done correctly with a bit of uniqueness.

Where the game starts to fall flat is in the controls and camera, especially in a time-pressured environment with unclear objectives at times. There's a lot to like and if you're willing to plow through a mound of frustration, there may be significant payoff. As for me, I'll put this on the shelf, then Youtube the rest of game as if it were an extension of the movie.
