The very essence of good comedy

"Lend Me Your Wife" has furnished the plots for several comedies on the spoken stage. It is the foundation of "Here Comes the Bride," but the author of this photo comedy has given so many new twists to the old theme and handled them so skillfully, that the subject has all the freshness of an original piece of writing. The climax, with the four brides on the scene, is the very essence of good comedy. Joseph Kaufman and Ethel Clayton make easy work of their share in the comic complications. - The Moving Picture World, April 3, 1915
