After seeing the first two Bubsy games, I then imagined what would it be like if Bubsy had two pals who would occasionally greet and assists him in his adventures. It became reality when Bubsy's nephew and niece appear in the second game. It should be noted that those two bobkittens debut in a TV special which predates the second game. When the bobkittens appear in the second game, they're even cuter than before. I sometimes imagine them wearing velcro sneakers.
After Bubsy retired from video games 20 years ago, some publisher is planning to bring him back there. Should he appear in a new game, I hope those bobkittens would appear also. And if I am one of those working on the new game, like I said earlier, I'll give them velcro sneakers.

Ok, I don't think the game itself is too bad. I mean, you have like 3 hitpoints know, which is later used in the infamous Bubsy 3d. And the bosses have more variety and effort than Bubsy 1. But, not every Bubsy this gonna be good. There are some cons in this game, like the horrible music. The music in my opinion is the worst. Ok I won't say the music bad, have no variety and sound like music for a prototype game. Even on the Genesis/Mega Drive! Even Awesome Possum have better music. But, that's not even an overshadow. The overshadow is the level design. And, I REALLY HATE IT! I can't beat a single level without cheats! And thats my review on Bubsy 2.
Cons
Bad level design,
Boring presentation

Bubsy 2 had certain improvements such as in the graphics and sound section. And we can also notice a great improvement in terms of its playability, which is quite good as it is a direct sequel to this one.
Although the gameplay here had an improvement, the drop in music was a disappointment, it is not horrible, but it was not as good as the first game and followed by this one.
It was also good to make the levels a little labyrinthine, since it follows the annoying difficulty of the first game. But leaving aside the bad points, at least we get to have mini-games, and a store manager that serves and is useful in managing the weapons that the game offers.
