It's a fun movie. Yes, the acting wasn't the strongest suit here but it has comedy, it has action and it has vampires.

If you watch every movie like a film critic then it's a 4/10.

If you are someone who just wants a fun movie to watch and enjoy then it's a solid 8/10.

I once thought Jamie Foxx was a decent actor but this performance has me wondering why I ever thought that or is the writing just that atrocious? I admit, I didn't know if it was a series or a movie when I turned it on but half way in I was thinking it was a series because not much had happened yet. There is no character development. The dialogue is terrible. It's straight to dvd quality. I've seen worse but I was definitely expecting more.

I love very much this movie because I love to watch slasher movies, and beleive this movie contains action, horror, commedy and main part of this movie is story, perfect story.

I love Jamie Foxx he is a very talented person, that's what made me watch this movie. The movie wasn't horrible, but I will not watch it again, it was some great people in the movie Meghan Goode, Dave Franco, Snoop Dogg. The action sequence were pretty good the plot had holes in it. But overall a 5 out of 10.

It's a fun movie, that's about it. If you can turn your brain off, and watch this lifeless, brainless very forgettable vampire film then you may enjoy a few scenes. It's a one time watch, a different spin from any other vampire film.

Jamie Foxx is slowly dragging himself down from an academy award winning A-list actor to now I'll do anything for a check Bruce Willis B-/C+ actor. Let's spin the wheel of fortune and see where Netflix will land Jamie Foxx next, Maybe in space.

Meagan Goode role is minimal, not enough to impact the film....thank god Dave Franco add a Comedic twist similar to a buddy cop film. He is the weird, corky partner who manages to get himself in all the wrong situations.

Oh yea vampires everywhere. Fight scenes are entertaining. All in all don't expect much and you will live. Fun for the family.
