After Mickey (Joey De Leon) rejected Dora's (Manilyn Reynes) admiration for him because he's far too old for her, he told her that if he ever had a son, he'd permit him to have a romantic relationship with Dora. This is a reference to De Leon's real-life son, Keempee De Leon, who was often paired with Reynes in films and TV shows during the late '80s and early '90s. Keempee would appear near the end of this film wearing a costume similar to what his father wore in the Starzan films after Mickey told Dora that he found the perfect guy for her.
