American Chain Gang

Officer James Yarbrough: It's obvious that we gotta do something to keep these inmates from comin' back. Like I said, I don't know if chain gangs are going to work, but at least they're trying something. And as a taxpayer, I like the idea that they're at least trying something. If this don't work, you know let's try something else. If we gotta hook to a ten ball and let them tote that around, ya know, let's get the balls ordered. Ya' know, whatever it takes to stop these folks from coming to prison.
