      Rather an unusual production

Rather an unusual production, the story of which was written by Frank Dazey. and produced by Maurice Costello and Robert Gaillard. The entire story takes place behind the scenes and on the stage, and commences with the rehearsal of the play which is to be enacted. The Understudy (Maurice Costello) is accidentally shot while substituting for the real actor. Other members of the cast are Estelle Mardo, Gladden James, Thomas R. Mills, Phil Sandford and Robert Gaillord. - The Moving Picture World, February 20, 1915
