      Suits Target Audience Very Well!!

I must admit having seen the overall rating for this movie & after reading 1 of the user comments I was expecting a horrible movie! I am very glad to say that Beyblade FB was exactly the opposite! It was Great. I haven't seen the series or the other movie yet so this was completely new for us. I have a 7 year old son who, of course, loves Pokemon, Bakugan etc... So naturally BB FB appealed to him! We sat down together and we Both enjoyed this movie very much. The animation, plot and voice acting were all equal to or above what I have come to expect from an animated family movie based on those we have seen in the past! Beyblade is an excellent movie that Most kids in the 6-12 year old range (And above) who enjoy animated action series should check out!

I would like to add one parting request. Fellow movie raters Please keep in mind that our reviews impact other viewers and their decisions! The negative review I read seemed to lose perspective of the target audience and gave BB FB an Unfavorably low rating. This movie has no foul language, no excessive violence Nothing a parent would worry about their child viewing! That is another reason I give this movie so much credit. I am personally grateful for the producers that give our youth an acceptable experience that they can really get into!

      Let it rip

I completed the original Beyblade series(Beyblade, V force, G-revoltion) when I was in my early adolescence. After a year or so, I got the opportunity to watch this movie and I felt so ecstatic. Once again, I was reuniting with my old friends(Tyson, Kai, Max, Ray and Daichi). It was a chance to watch the exciting Beybattles again and to listen to those awesome OSTs, which my mind was beginning to forget. While it was really satisfying, something about the movie felt off. As it was a movie, not a series, apart from Tyson and Daichi only Kai got a chance to shine in the Beybattle to some extent. Max and Ray became side characters even though both of them were the major characters in the series. Moreover, it would've been great had the story of the Dark bitbeasts was explored more. In a way, the movie appeared half-baked despite the decent storyline.

Overall, it's an average movie. It is watchable.

Even Pokémon and Larry Kilgore make more sense than this!

Japanese characters using spinning tops to find out who is tougher. Are they serious? I mean, granted the Pokémon show and Yu-Gi-Oh! shows weren't very well thought out, but at least they made enough sense to kids to last for several years. But this is plain asinine.

There is little plot to entertain the viewer. The 'monsters' are trapped in the spinning tops and are freed somehow. Those creatures then possess some kids and act like hyenas in the way they laugh. They then try to track down another kid and top. Afterwords, the world somehow comes to near destruction from the top creatures in a Beyblade battle. Boring stuff follows.

There is just no way anybody should watch this. The creators should be ashamed and the voicing is just awful. Where did they come up with these cheesy lines and dry acting? I just wish nobody was harmed in creating this travesty of a Japanese show. "F"

Beyblade: The Movie - Fierce Battle

I must say, this is one of the neatest anime movies around. i was slightly disappointed that the story was in the year of G Rev, but their outfits were from V-Force. but that's okay. i was just slightly puzzled. anywho, the plot line was great and the final battle was awesome! i own it and would never give it up. it truly is a must-have for all beyblade fans. and their facial expressions.....i could watch the movie over and over because of how funny their expressions are! they're hilarious! i was also slightly disappointed that kai wasn't shown more in it. i'm a HUGE fan of kai, and that kinda made me a little unhappy. however, i'm glad that he got the spotlight for a little while. I also like how well they did with matching up the voice to the mouth movements. unlike many other anime movies, the voice comes out a bit before or after the mouth actually opens. and when that happens, well, then it just doesn't make any sense and i get all confused. but truly, i loved this movie and wish it would be given more credit. beybladers around the world.....GET THIS MOVIE! until then....LET IT RIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let It Rip in the ultimate battle of this Beyblade movie!

Beyblade: The Movie - Fierce Battle

      Genre: Animation/Action/Adventure

This movie is great for any fan of anime and or the cartoon series, Beyblade! Tyson and Daichi face-off in a winner takes all bey-battle and when Tyson won, Daichi just won't keep excepting the defeat and keeps stocking Tyson until he has a rematch against Tyson. Tyson, Kenny, Hilary, Max, Ray and Kai go on a vacation after the World Beyblade Championships but soon their vacation makes a turn for the worst when they encounter mysterious beybladers who claim to be the Dark Spirits sealed inside a temple in Demon Rock Island. The Shadow Bladers seek to destroy the world with Daichi under their control and the power of Strata-Dragoon (Daichi's beyblade)! Can Tyson and Dragoon save Daichi and Strata-Dragoon from being under control of the Shadow Bladers? Will the Bladebreakers save the world in the most important bey-battle of their lives? Find out in this cool Beyblade movie! But I wonder why in America, this movie wasn't released into theaters because I thought personally it looked good enough to be in theaters. Another cool thing about this movie is that when the bitbeasts come out of their beyblades, the bitbeasts are computer animated when in the cartoon series the bitbeasts are not usually CGI-ed but still it's cool they CGI-ed them for the movie! This Beyblade movie takes place after V-Force (Season 2) and before G-Revolution (Season 3). Let It Rip!

Despite the fact that the movie isn't connected to the storyline of the TV-series and since the movie came out in theaters in Japan before G-Revolution started in Japan, this is Daichi's first animated appearance.
      • Quotes

        Tyson: Who are you?

Daichi: My name's Daichi. I challenge you! And when I win I'll be Japan's number one beyblader.

        Tyson: You?

Daichi: If you want this trophy back you have to beybattle me for it.

Tyson: You want it so bad, you can have it.

        Daichi: What?

Tyson: Just go back to whatever tree you fell out of.

Daichi: Hey! Are you making fun of me, Tyson?

Tyson: I'm not making fun of you. Whoever dressed you has already taken care of that for me.

Daichi: [Daichi takes his bag of his shoulder] Oh, yeah!

Daichi: [Daichi takes out his beyblade and his beyblade launcher and fires] Take that!

        Tyson: [Tyson being shocked] Huh!

[Tyson takes out his beyblade and launcher]

        Tyson: Watch it!

        [fires his beyblade]

Tyson: [Tyson's beyblade and Daichi's beyblade ricochet back] You're not half bad. Been practising with the other animals at the zoo?

        Daichi: That's it, Tyson!

        Tyson: Okay, why not?
