    Controversial, Intriguing and Challenging

The film for me was a view into a bizarre and controversial and intriguing cycle of a friendship that when it ended it felt as though it had not ever started.Did they know each other. Did they understand each other. What would there be to grieve about. The friends represented a see saw that was always uneven and would any balance be gained with the loss of one? Had any balance ever been attained or had a true friendship ever been discovered? The film just made me think every step along the way. I wanted to know more and more and all the time, I felt alone and I felt bothered. I will never know what they were thinking about at that moment of death. What does anyone think at that moment of death. Were they on two different planes in life. How could two people, two friends, be so far apart and so detached at a moment when a bond was being nurtured. What was left out, what was not there? Will one ever forgive the other?

    Very Real

Being born and raised in New York, I can truthfully say the film really shows what New York FEELS like. It had a feeling that only a real New Yorker knows. The director brought out something few people get to experience with its characters. Through out the film I had a sense of being there. I enjoyed the film. I wanted more in the film, I wanted to see what happened prior to the suicide, see what drove the character to that point. Overall its a film that gave me a feeling I know, that I can relate to. This is what a film about New Yorkers should view and feel like. I would like to see this film again with added material, other events and scenes that show New York, in particular The Bronx. I truly enjoyed watching this film.
