As someone who has suffered with the Red Sox my entire life, I was blown away when they finally did it all. I have seen this video five times and I still get emotional when the video turns to the last game of the series.
That being said, the production is excellent and underscores the Sox-Yankee rivalry that is a century old.
The video begins with the final game of the ALCS against New York in 2003 when Boone homers to send the Yankees to the series.
We get an inside look at what management did in the off season to improve the team, as well as insights from Terry Francona and assorted players as to the key points of the season.
The turning point is the game in July against the Yankees which featured a brawl between Varitek and A-Rod. At this point, the team gels and goes on its August tear. Reviews of the ALDS and the ALCS follow. The film wraps up with a review of the WS.
Better is the poignancy with recollections from Johnny Pesky and a score that is complimentary rather than turning the film into an hour plus music video.
Excellent narration and perfect insertion of observations by sports announcers Joe Buck, Jerry Trubiano, Joe Castiglione and others make this well worth the money for any Red Sox fan, or baseball fan in general.

This movie was incredible. It was the story of the Boston Red Sox historic season in two thousand and four. The best part of this movie was the fact that there were so many Boston Red Sox players who were interviewed for this movie. They spoke to players like Manny Ramirez, Kevin Youkilis, Jason Varitek, Johnny Damon, and Curt Schilling. It recounts the Red Sox season from the fist game against the Orioles until the final pitch of the two thousand four World Series. Keith Foulke was interviewed on his final amazing pitch to Edgar Rentaria. They show us interviews with Terri Francona about new additions and subtractions from the team (eg. Nomar Garciapara, Pokey Reese, and Marc Bellhorn). This movie was an incredible inspiration to all great Red Sox fans. If you are a great Red Sox fan, you will really like this movie and it is a must see for all great baseball fans. I really love this movie.
No more pain, no more suffering. The Yankee's choke! It takes a team to win the world series as this video shows. Watching the Yankee fans squirm under their own weight is priceless.
This team truly is "America's Team". God bless the Red Sox nation. For all Red Sox fans world wide this video is a must. From the lost of game 7 2003 to the sweep of the Cardinals 2004 this video covers everything. Now the Yankee's have the curse of the A-Rod, the year 2000 seams like long time ago. No more chanting 1918, maybe Red Sox fans can chant 2000 to the Yankee's.
Great interviews, great highlights, a great feeling for all of Red Sox nation.
