Great of 'old classics' like me!

I am so NOT a fan of this guy. However this one video is a wonderful and refreshing easy yet effective one. My hubby and I benefit from it whenever we do it. Its simple and pleasantly paced not to mention the lovely music. Richard really never says ONE word either. Ahhhh heaven!

Did he ever make another along this line? It would be fabulous if there were alternative music/motions to rotate thru.

Unfortunately all we have it in is VHS format. Would LOVE to have a DVD copy but so far can't find one. Was this ever updated in DVD format? The VHS format is grainy and hard to follow. Plus the sound is not as lovely as it could be on DVD.
