"Where everybody knows your name..." doesn't really work in this wannabee sitcom. Vrc Donji is a small out-of-city town who doesn't have any chance to become a tourist hot spot. The residents of the small city lead by the Mayor and his crew such as local businessman, a young retired professor, a mayor's secretary sexy and ambitious Duda and Slavko,the owner of local beer pub called ZLATNI VRC, where all the social life of the residences takes place where they are trying to figure out how to make their small town a touristic place and they drink a gallons of beer.
The pub owner Slavko tries to think how to win back his ex-wife's love back. Everything gets complicated when superstitious dentist Robert arrives to stay in a small city, after when the fortune teller predicted him only 6 months to live....
