An excellent representation of people in their thirties trying to find meaning in their lives,

A great cast always brings life to a film. "29 reasons to run" is not the exception. A truly ordinary story develops in a very funny manner, with a lots of surprises here and there. Director Damon O' Steen really captures the essence of every character, reflecting a true understanding of every character.

The cast is just superb. Gary Weeks and Branden Waits make an extraordinary pair, completely different, they just add to each others personality, the party animal vs. the uptight hard worker. Together a hilarious cast just make the funny and interesting, the viewer can easily relate to a character.

Shot in familiar locations in the America, O' Steen really captures life in southern America bringing warmth to the film. A must see.

    • Trivia
The number "29" in the title is in reference to the writer's favorite Baseball player, former Major League speedster Vince Coleman; #29 was also the number that Weeks wore during his high school baseball playing days, for the same reason.
