The only excitement you'll experience is from the goofs.

Acting in this movie is amateur (makes one wonder what motivated the choice of genre), representing typical, nonetheless exasperating, mix of inadequate feelings (consequently, behavior) and involuntary pauses between lines being filled with either blank or bewildered facial expressions.

Arguably, the plot isn't much worse than that of the "exclusive horror" movie majority, meaning it's plain, predictable and thus, boring (when not silly).

Dialogues complete "Mr. Hell" as a cinematographic disaster, being fragmentary, extremely uninformative and unnatural. Moreover, sadly, the writers chose to uphold the flawed tradition of covering up the lack of scariness with would-be humor, would-be irony and would-be sarcasm, manifested in shabby, overly repetitive "cliché - change of context - touché" form.

The only thing that counts positive is solid B-class photography.

    What the hell?

Wow, simply Wow. This movie is also craptastic. I gave it a 4 because of a great scene where a mercenary chick has sex but thats bout it. This movie is about a guy that gets killed by a little girl by means of a flesh eating virus in a research plant, or so it seems since they don't actually tell you. Anyway she grow up and becomes a security guard there and these random mercenaries show up for the virus since it sells for a lot. They raid the place and take over while Mr. hell comes out of a oozing can of slime. He kills people and takes their eyes to stay alive and in the end that stack of eyes is destroyed and so is he. The only good part is when the blonde mercenary gets naked and has sex then puts on her red thong. Bad acting, bad props, bad funding, bad idea, wasteful crap.

There isn't too much worse than this!!!

WOW!!! Is this movie bad and I mean BAD!!! There's like no special effect violence or gore in this movie at all!! And to say this is a slasher movie that's not a good thing.

All these good reviews are clearly fake put up by the director and his friends no doubt!! No redeeming qualities in this movie whatsoever!!

With the exception of Tracy Scoggins (Who recently removed her name from the credits I might add, What's that tell you) all the women in this movie are ugly and the acting is as bad as I've EVER seen in a "B" movie (And I try to see them all) Do something better with your money like buying a 12 pack and looking out your window because I guarantee you'll get more entertainment doing that that watching one minute of this movie.

I really don't know what is worse the fact that I rented this movie or the fact that I actually watched the whole thing...I think I would've paid the rental fee to have not watched this movie as now I'm out both my money and my time. Two simple words STAY AWAY!!!!!

    What about the stunts???

Did any of you, "who watched the movie", actually see any of the stunts performed?? If so, what did you think? I watched the movie, and I'm no motion picture stuntman, but I thought the action was awesome! If anyone out there has actually scene the movie, and didn't help make the movie, please give an honest reply about the stunts. I have not scene a B-movie with action such as stair-falls, fire-burns, and fight scenes to the caliber of Hollywood in ANY B-rated movie EVER! Please respond with your personal opinion. Whether you like the movie or not, let's hear what you think about the stunts in this film. From a novice's point of view, tell me, (the B-Rated movie fan), what people think.

"Mr. Hell" DVD Release April 18th, 2006

Well, I don't feel this a bad movie, it all depends on how you look at it. I say that as an actor, writer, and soon a producer appearing in this movie as Dr. Karl Matthews, I do appreciate all comments. It is useful to understand what fans want to see, and we hear you, but also understand many "B" Horror Movie goers, can appreciate this film for what it is, simply put, although this film DID lack many things, the writing was fantastic, and for first time Horror Director Rob McKinnon, and the talented writer David Carren I can say I look forward to seeing what they can do in the near future. I say look for more from Rob McKinnon and Jolene McMaster with Pure Horror Films. Thanks for the opportunity guys, I appreciate it! One more thing...I hate to say this but since we are being blunt I take offense to the bad acting comment. Put yourself in the actor and director's shoe's for a moment and then we can talk intelligently about any movie you would like to discuss. I am a big fan of movie's and who isn't! Sincerely, ABM
