WCW Halloween Havoc

The 2000 edition of Halloween Havoc is known as the final one before WCW got bought by WWE, and it actually shows. The set shows WCW was running out of money, as instead of the usual graveyard setting with giant gargoyle holding an inflatable pumpkin, we get a Titantron-like screen and nothing else. The intro is basically not scary at all, as it's footage of past WCW events mixed with shots that look like they belong in a horror B-movie, and all done to a red filter. Plus, the new logo is horrible, and some people even pointed out that the way the H is done in each word was ripping off the logo design WWE had during the same year.

As for the card, it is mostly duds. The only good match the Triangle Match for the WCW Tag Team Championships, which started the PPV, but sadly, the rest just shows WCW had fallen beyond repair. Not even Torrie Wilson wrestling while dressed as Wonder Woman can save this dud from the grave. This is one PPV to avoid.
