    Better still

While Sex definitely was an accomplishment, this not only matches it, but tops it. Chad's abilities and scope have grown, and it shows. He utilizes more interesting story-telling methods and presents a grander plot. The acting is mostly good. The cinematography is great almost all the way. There are a lot of interesting twists, and this *really* messes with your head. The very idea of the film is intriguing, and rather original. There are of course those few scenes that were badly acted or filmed. Pretty much the entire film is very well-cut. The humor is a remarkable high point in the movie; Chad Peter definitely has a talent for making the humor come very naturally, and not seem forced at any point in the movie; this was also the case for the first film of this trilogy, Sex. The writing is solid, and there is more depth found herein than in Sex(I know, I know... get your mind out of the gutter). I would recommend this for people who enjoy watching short films, especially fans of student films. It's worth watching, and is definitely memorable, and Peter continues to impress. 7/10

More Sex, More Drugs, More Natalie Portman

The long awaited sequel to the under-underground hit "Sex, Drugs and Natalie Portman" is a vast improvement and expansion of the fan universe. The Kevin Smith style characters and absurdist rauncy humor have returned full force, and the cast, with the addition of Shayna Lanzo, has grown even more gorgeous. The premise- there's a drug that simulates sex with whichever person the pill is tied to. The leads are in a race to find a Natalie Portman pill, the loser takes a Jar Jar pill. Great Stuff, wish it was feature length. Also look for a cameo by Bruce Campbell.

    Surprise yourself with "Drugs"

If you've heard about "Drugs" your probably already familiar with the film and why it was produced.. Chances are you've already seen it if you've ever looked at a Natalie Portman website, especially one called NP2k. If your one of those individuals who has never heard about "Drugs" then I beg you to give it a download (for FREE I might add!) Drugs is one of those films that captures your attention from the very beginning and glues your eyes to the screen. What makes this film so intriguing is that there hasn't really ever been a film like it. First off, a very attractive girl named "Ashley" (Shayna Lanzo) is being interrogated by two mysterious guys. Through this interrogation you follow her story about how she got there. Mixed up with Sex, Drugs, and Natalie Portman, it makes for a funny and witty film that all makes since at the end (after several twists!) Get it, watch it, and love it..

    Awesome!

All I have to say is that this film is REALLY good. I and everyone I've showed it too have enjoyed it immensely. If you watch it, you'll love it too! It was really well made for a fan film, and Chad, the genius behind the film is awesome. He's a sexy beast.

Haunting, Hypnotic, But Not Without Its Charm

Chad Peter's "Drugs" is a hard movie to compare to. It's strikingly original take on addiction is one that can surely be rewatched time and time again, but then again its certainly not for all. It's a comedy with a dramatic and cynical edge that can surely be for those jaded individuals who enjoy David Lynch, Darren Aronofsky, or David Fincher movies. Or maybe just for bitter aspiring film-makers like myself.

The story of Ashley(Shayna Lanzo) a girl, hopelessly addicted to the perfect drug (that which burns the memory of sex instantly into your brain) is compelling and amusing but what I think got me the most was the haunting visuals that Peter constantly churns out. From the fast-paced credits sequence to the dreamscapes of Ashley's mind, Drugs takes the viewer to a place they're not quite sure what to make of and spins their perception of the world into a new mindbending one. Offering laughs and stunning acting by relative newcomers Shayna Lanzo and Curtis Ellzey "Drugs" paints a picture of vivid addiction and ends with a cast and crew list that are sure to be breakouts in the near future.
