    A really great mystery drama

A two-part picture drama that contains a plot, that bears the stamp of originality. It is adapted from a story published in the Munsey Magazine. It is a really great mystery drama; a story that is full of realism, thrills and shudders, especially in the last reel. The mystery part of it puzzles the spectator and keeps him guessing as to how it is all going to end. It is a picture that is well acted and the photography deserves mention. - The Moving Picture World, September 26, 1914
