The situation has been clearly conceived by the authoress

A story of passion in which Leah Baird has the most interesting role and is ably supported by Harry T. Morey and Courtnay Foote. The backgrounds are furnished by high social life and nearly all the scenes are ball-room pictures in which there is a good deal of graceful dancing and many pretty girls. The situation has been clearly conceived by the authoress, who is none other than the leading woman, Leah Baird. Out of pique, the heroine marries the man she doesn't love. The other is a cold-hearted egoist and his attentions to other women is the cause of her anger. The drama develops out of the struggle in her heart after marriage, when the egoist comes back into her life and it ends in her falling in love with her husband. The producer, Charles Kent, has put the scenario's intention over a hundred per cent. It is an effective picture. - The Moving Picture World, January 11, 1913
