i stumbled into a screening of this incredibly simple, filmicly sophisticated short at a friend's house in Los Angeles and was left with a million questions. Beautiful questions and curiousities about a place that we have yet to see explored in film. This film starts with a fantastic celebration centered about electricity. It is human and frank in every way. It portrays the unfoldings of the day to day life in Southern Lebanon on the border with Israel. It has absolutely no grounds in the political conflict, but deals with more immediate matters. It is the first peek at rich characters that are only beginning to engross you. And just when you are there, the film ends. I forgot that it was a short. That was how compelling it was. Kudos to the filmmaker. I want to see more!
This movie is absolute crab, I've never seen anything as boring and unoriginal in my life. It is clearly made by amateurs with nothing to say.
I was so dissappinted by the low quality of this supposed innovative wanna-be movie, that I just had to warn other viewers. you should boycot this movie and any future ones coming from these people.
