I agree 110% with the above statement...

106 and Park has got to be one the most irritating shows on BET. When Free speaks, it's like an enigma. Not even closed captioning on my TV can pick what she's saying. Instead it has a number of dots (......) in place of words. AJ makes me want to repeat what I eat with that hairstyle of his. It's a three-in-one hairdo, and DOES NOT look hot. I don't know what to make of that statement he makes on his head. (Incidently, there's a rumour he got fired) Way too much flirting, inside jokes, and childish giggling. Where does Free shop anyway? You'd think the show is a repeat as everything looks the same. Otherwise, the music is alright, but repetitive of it's preceding programs and the ones that follow.

    106 & Park Top 10 Live

This show is great, you get to see a few good music videos while the new host Julissa and Tigger make you laugh all the time but I'm a little disappointed because I miss AJ and Free they were great. But still if you like to laugh and you like R&B, Hip-Hop and Rap music you'll love this show. There is always a guest appearance even if its the same person opening the show with them 4 days in a row. But every episode you'll see a new joint and on Wednsdays it's Wile out Wednsday so get ready for anything even Karaoke or a dance off and on Fridays you get Freestyle Friday were 2 judges plus a celebrity guest judge a rap battle so it's crazy and there always something to look forward to. Even upcoming events as far as entertainment News. Plus they have one of the livest audiences in the country so go ahead and watch.

    Good music, ANNOYING hosts!

106 & Park is basically the hip hop version of TRL. The music (most of the time,) good, but Free and AJ...they get on my DAMN NERVES! All AJ does is check out and flirt with Free and all Free does is giggle. It's pathetic! Though whenever Free isn't on for a show I miss her, and Free is more tolarable than Tiffany. If you like hip hop, r & b, soul, or rap then watch 106 & Park, but be prepared to be annoyed by Free and AJ. =/

    From tha Bronx!!

That's what the audience always said. I thought it sounded dumb and made me dread what the Bronx really was about.

106 and Park was a show that displayed usually degrading music videos and guested studio gangsters, rappers and hoodrats. They featured top 10 rap and RNB songs/videos, live performances and Friday's featured freestyle battles. Freestyle Fridays were the best part where it would feature wannabe rappers from around the USA. The best was the white guy. He killed it, and he wasn't from tha Bronx.

From a youth perspective, this show was fine. I could not see the mould while I was listening and watching degrading music videos and musicians. Though I know I came out fine. However, from a wise perspective, this show was junk and just thinking about it makes me want to shiver in disgust. Many youths that watched this did not come out fine at all. 106AP was a hash show with nothing productive, give exception to "that's my thaang" commercials.

There were times when the show promoted wrapping it up, It's my Thaang ads or Vote or Die segments (with Sean Combs). Well... those didn't help anyone, apparently. The wise me views 106AP as toxic filth. It was featured on BET aka Viacom, so let that sink in.

No doubt there were some positive songs on here, but most of it was hash. The best Hosts were AJ and Free. After they left, the show went downhill and they were out of tha Bronx.

106AP was the main draw to BET channel. After Aj and Free left, BET has never been relevant.

I forgot BET was even a channel. Is it still on cable? I have no idea.
