      • Trivia
The song "Raat Se Kaho Ruke Zara" was inspired by Dick Dale's surf rock instrumental track "Misirlou" (1962), which became popular when it was included in the soundtrack of Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction" (1994). Dick Dale's track was an interpretation of an Eastern Mediterranean folk song. In an interview, Pyarelal of Laxmikant - confessed that it was Laxmikant who had adapted the tune and that he himself wasn't aware of its origin until Shammi Kapoor asked them about it. Laxmikant - Pyarelal adapted the same tune again for the Hindi film song "Hum Banjaaron Ki Baat Mat Poochho Ji" ("Dharam Veer").
