Going back to roots.

Bala is not the conventional hero slim and singing duets.

He is middle aged. He comes to Mumbai from Kerala. Works his way up with honest hard work . He has faced a lot of trials and tribulations in Kerala.

His mother had worked hard and was ill treated by many .

He marries an orphan Kausalya ( looking tender in one of her early roles . ) Their friend is Ratheesh and his family .

He is leading a busy life which he has built for himself .

Upon insistence from his wife , he goes to Kerala with misgivings.

She sees warmth and love from his side .

She has no family of her own as she is an orphan .

Lush green Kerala with its old verendah houses are a treat to our eyes .

He also identifies those who had illtreated him and his mother and takes a lot of revenge.

Kausalya is drawn and repeatedly pleads with him to stay back .

He refuses and drags her back to Mumbai.

Soon during a high profile party she falls sick and dies in a few days .

He returns back to Kerala as per her wish .
