    Televisions Most Underrated Judge!

I don't know who wrote the prior comment but it seems way off. I personally think this is a great court show because Judge Hatchett gets in peoples business so to speak. That's her hook and it makes her show different from tons of others. yet , unlike most talk shows and even court shows she trys to help people whenever she can rather than just air problems and dirty laundry. This is a television show and a television medium as well as reality TV so of course their is going to be some degree of exploitation, I mean give me a break!!! But Judge Hatchett at least attempts to use her position to try to help others which is great. The woman worked as a juvenile court judge so I believe she really does care about helping people especially the out of control teens that visit her courtroom. Anyway , shes cool , shes smart , she's fiesty and she rocks!

    I don't understand.......

A TV courtroom situation would be defined as one person suing another for monetary damages for breach of contract, bad customer service, etc., much like in real life.

Hatchett's drama is only half that. If she wants to rubberneck people's problems with her show, send people on those 'reality checks', drag out all that DNA baby daddy junk (which there's already too many shows about),why not just do a regular talk show? What's the point of having a courtroom drama? She's just in the wrong format.

On the surface she looks like she's trying to 'make a difference', but on the other hand looks kinda transparent. Example - asking bickering couples for details about why their relationships ain't working even though it looks totally irrelevant to the the issues in the cases before her.

There's already been way too many talk shows AND courtroom dramas done in the past 20 years but my point is since she wants to get in people's personal business instead of resolving legal issues half the time, she might as well host a talk show.

    have a great day.

She pours it on too thick

She feels if she comes off the bench. Walks to the 2 litigants. She has special powers to wave a magic wand, and heal their broken relationships. Her near tears, overly dramatic style gets old after a while.

Judge Hatchett is a really cool show.

There is one thing that I hafta say. It is that "Judge Hatchett" is a really cool show. The reason why I say this is because I like it being so it was entertaining, interesting & overall enjoyable to me. I especially like the no-nonsense yet compassionate personality that its host Judge Glenda Hatchett has when she listens to the cases of the litigants & I even love how she tries to make a difference in their lives. Another thing I like about her is that she sometimes gives the juvenile delinquents whom come to her courtroom a reality check so that they could learn the error of their ways & become much better people. I even like that she's really fair in her rulings. Sometimes, I wish that Sony Pictures Television would've let her been on the air for more than 8 seasons due to how cool she was but it was still fun whilst it lasted. I even like the way the courtroom set looks with the orange walls & the opening sequences were also really top-notch.

    Sugar Baby Blues

Just watched the show, where two extremely shallow, and morally bankrupt females were in litigation over another man's money. Openly referred themselves as sugar babies and using the man for his money, and one suing the other for money neither are entitled to. Extremely embarrassing for both parties but the way Judge Hatchet addressed the whole proceeding was disgraceful. This is the first and only post I've ever made, and likely my last, but wow!! What a clown show.. both the females in the case are terrible people, barely human beings. The Judge herself is a damn joke. I'll never ever commit another second watching that awful show again.
