During filming in Hyde Park, police -acting on the complaint of a woman described as "a dowager with a dachshund" -evicted Dorothy Gish and the crew from the shooting location, despite their having a government permit. The woman complained that two terriers held on a leash by the actress had tried to attack her dog. The incident resulted in an official Parliamentary inquiry.
