In a clear case of Back to the Future . . .

. . . Doc Brown fires up his Edsel and makes a beeline toward a Milky Way odyssey in 2001's SPACE CASE. This picture reveals that Stan Lee Cue Brick did not intend to leave the impression that Hal was yearning for a partner to join him on a tandem bicycle ride. In reality, his artificial intellect had persuaded him that the only way to introduce cavities of awareness in the bored super computer's humdrum daily grind under the Tyranny of Absolute Certainly was to spend a Halloween on Earth Trick or Treating before bolting down a few pounds of chocolate, candy corn and jawbreakers, resulting in consequent gaps in his gears to add character within his main frame.
